The Will to Resist

💉 The Loser Pandemic – Part 4: “We’re Not Living Your History. We’re Writing Our Own.” (a Bear Blog segment)

You ever meet someone who looks you in the eyes and expects you to carry their past like it’s your future?

Because that’s what this is.

A woman once told me, “He’s looking for a wife.” And I laughed.

Not out of mockery, but because of how dead wrong she was. I told her calmly,

“I’m not looking for a wife. She’ll find me.”

She didn’t like that. Told me I should read the Bible more. As if obedience was a qualification. As if their definition of a "man" is just someone who signs up to be the lead in a reboot of 1957: The Marital Years.

But here’s the truth:

I don’t want your history.

I don’t want your ghosts. Your debts. Your roles.

I don’t want to be a rerun of someone else’s glory days—when houses were $40K and one income could raise four kids, two cars, and a golden retriever.

I want peace. I want my peace. And I’ll build it my way.

🔥 “The Personal Stand” Doctrine:

I don’t need a wife. I don’t need a house. I need freedom from your expectations. And someone worthy to walk beside me when the time is right.

So don’t sell me your version of "manhood" like it’s salvation.

This isn’t rebellion. It’s revelation.

I smiled when she got mad. Because I knew that moment wasn’t about her feelings.

It was about my clarity.

We’re not your sons anymore.

We’re architects now.

And the future we’re building? Has no room for guilt-shaped blueprints.
