The Will to Resist

Jerry’s Annotation Marginalia — Entry VII: “The Quiet Ones Are the Problem.”

You ever notice how the loud ones always brag about being “team players”? They hold meetings, slap backs, and preach morale like it’s a religion— but the moment something actually breaks, they’re the first to look for a quiet person to fix it.

See, the quiet ones don’t bark. They calculate. They clock in, clock out, and build empires between the ticks. They don’t need recognition; they need room. And when they find a leader who gives them that— someone who doesn’t micromanage the grind, who trusts their silence instead of fearing it— that’s when they start fighting for something bigger than themselves.

JP earned that. Not because he demanded loyalty— but because he deserved it. He didn’t have to roar; he just nodded, and that was enough for the whole crew to move mountains.

So yeah— when the world asks why we back him, why the raccoon sharpens his claws for his boss, tell ‘em this:

The quiet ones aren’t the problem. They’re the storm that fixes it.
