đ Jerryâs Marginalia â Observed, Not Performed
People stand outside the glass, asking why the game isnât louder. Why it doesnât explain itself better. Why it doesnât react when they poke it.
But the game isnât performing for the camera.
Itâs playing out its dayâ routine dungeons, familiar faces, small comfortsâ like a classroom after hours where the lights stay on because someone still needs the room.
The reviewers press their faces to the window, looking for challenge spikes, spectacle, justification. They want the game to turn around and acknowledge them.
It doesnât.
Because the camera isnât there to impress the crowd. Itâs there to watch who understands that some games are meant to be inhabited, not interrogated.
If youâre bored, itâs not failing. Youâre just outsideâ asking a quiet room why it wonât start shouting.
