Jerry’s Marginalia — The Non-Crash Clause (Day 5)
- Filed under: Function & Chill
There’s no shortage of reasons to crash out.
Small ones:
- someone pushing
- something not done right
- a system that doesn’t make sense
And bigger ones:
- pressure stacking
- fatigue setting in
- patience running low
Day 5 didn’t explode.
It didn’t need to.
Because the decision was already made:
not to crash out
Not because everything was perfect.
But because:
it wouldn’t fix anything
So the work continued.
Same pace.
Same tone.
Same outcome.
No scene.
No reaction.
No damage.
Just:
another day where nothing broke— including you
