🧾 Jerry’s Marginalia — “The Gooner Paradox Clause”
Filed under: Dept. of Petty Affairs — Humor Division
Annotation Authority: Jerry “The Ankle Biter” Silverhand
Primary Observation: There is no creature more dangerous than a Gremlin who knows he shouldn’t care… …and still absolutely does.
Doctrine Statement:
- A Gremlin with restraint is a menace.
- A Gremlin without restraint is a liability.
- A Gremlin fully aware of his lack of restraint — and laughing at it — is a walking cultural event.
Operational Definition:
Gooner (Catford Definition): A being who loves shameless fanservice with such open, unapologetic delight that society’s pearl-clutchers simply evaporate upon contact.
Policy Conclusion: If the Gremlin is “gooning,” he is not lost. He is committed. And commitment, even to nonsense, is power — so long as he doesn’t try to make the world bow to it.
Stamp:
Humor accepted. Degeneracy contained. Catastrophic innocence level: comedic.
