Issue:

After completing a dungeon in Ragnarok X, players are expected to manually open the reward chest before the countdown ends. If they don't? The loot vanishes. Gone. Poof. No warning, no second chance, no auto-claim.

This isn't just a quality-of-life issue—it's a basic player respect failure. After running a multi-minute dungeon, fighting bugs (both literal and digital), you're rewarded with a... punishment for not tapping fast enough?

Live Feedback Submitted to Support:

User: “You want suggestions right? Make sure the chest auto opens after a dungeon so you don’t lose it.”

Bot Response (Kiki, AI Customer Support):

“Thanks for your feedback, our customer service staff will contact you soon.”

Translation Layer (Gremlin Edition):

Kiki heard your cries… and gently placed them in a sealed envelope, licked it, then yeeted it into a burning trash can labeled Suggestions We Ignore Until Reddit Screams.

Why This Matters:

Even auto-loot in field maps works better than this.

Suggested Fix (Basic Common Sense Tier):

✅ Auto-open chest after timer ends

✅ OR auto-send contents to in-game mailbox

✅ OR just warn the player: “Unclaimed loot will be lost.”

Verdict:

You can leave an item in Open Stall for 48 hours and it’ll sell just fine.

But a dungeon chest?

You better tap that thing like it owes you money—or your rewards get Thanos-snapped.

This is not a glitch.

This is a developer choice.

And it sucks harder than a novice at PvP.
